i wrote and recorded songs throughout the year 2017. i wrote them sometimes as a character named reverend butch lacey who is in love with sherry glass. i wrote sometimes as myself... as close to myself as i can be. i sing because it makes my body feel useful. it makes my body feel free. i love that this music comes from a body you can't see.
